They now work but just have to get printer to talk to my phone...

Installation was easy, the whole cartridge is colour coded and they just clicked in. Price was very good as was the delivery service. I actually bought two packs as I have a lot of printing to do, so will be interesting to see how long they last. I would recommend both the product and the company based on my experience so far.

Daft question - do you have to shake the black cartridge before loading into printer?
You don't have to, but some people like too. Some manufacturers recommend doing so on their packaging. If you do decide to shake it please do it before removing the yellow tape on the top of the cartridge as otherwise the ink will spill out.
